Hi noob here. This is my 1st time to ask this silly question. How come that there are other shareholders who had bigger shares than me and Im still the CEO of my company. Need clarification about this. Thanks :P

Shareholders have non voting shares, I believe.

Also, since you are the founder, you can own a tiny fraction of the company and still receive your salary of $1000 per month. I personally try to buy up to the max (70%) of stock in my company, but it is indeed possible to own a smaller number. If you think about it, there are plenty of CEOs that do not own a huge portion of the company in real life.
